That's it. You don't have to justify yourself or explain your reasons, though we'd genuinely like to hear them so we can improve.
These are digital courses. Once you've watched the material, you have it. The 20% cap keeps things fair: it gives you a real chance to look around and decide the course isn't right for you, while making sure nobody works through the whole thing and then asks for their money back.
Your progress is tracked automatically in your dashboard, so you can always see exactly where you stand.

Put "Refund" in the subject line so it reaches the right person quickly.
We'll reply within 3 working days. If your request qualifies, we'll approve it and send the money back the same way you paid, through Flutterwave or Paystack.
The money usually lands within 5 to 10 working days. That part is down to your bank and the payment provider, not us, so it's outside our control.
Once a refund is processed, your access to the course ends and any certificate from it is withdrawn.

This policy covers changing your mind. It's different if the product is actually faulty. If videos won't play, content is missing, or you were charged twice, email us and we'll fix it or refund you, whatever the 7 day window says. Your legal rights under Nigerian consumer law stand regardless of anything on this page.
Please come to us before raising a dispute with your bank. Chargebacks take weeks and cost everyone money. We're quicker, and we're reasonable.
